The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions and will manage the day-to-day activities associated with the project. This includes coordinating with the development team, providing direction and support, tracking project progress, writing specifications and ensuring quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with multiple clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring successful communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

This is a hybrid full-time role located in Petah Tikva, Israel.

• Ensure success and growth of the project by developing a  vision, and a management framework
• Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed plans, setting objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Team Leadership and Management: Leading the project team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration
• Quality Assurance and Delivery, Ensuring the software meets quality standards, implementing testing processes, managing feedback, and delivering a high-quality product on time and within budget.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management in the software industry
• Experience in writing specifications and estimations
• Experience in software development and delivery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / etc.
• Project management certification is a plus
